HOW TO MAKE SHARWAMA AT HOME

hello lovelies as I promised making sharwama at home without machine is very easy and less tiresome, don't worry with the pictures you would discover its very simple
I used the normal pita bread, Nigerians call it the Lebanese bread, without much ado here is all you need to get
Ingredients
Pita
Saugages (chicken or beef)
Cabbage
Carrot
Cucumber
Grounded pepper
Minced meat
Tomatoe ketchup
Mayonnaise
Sugar about a teaspoon
Greenpeas optional

METHOD
Wash and grate the cabbage and carrot separately
Cut the cucumbers separately
Was the mince meat and fry with little oil and spice up with your seasonings
Add the green peas while frying the minced meat to soften it that's if you are using the minced fresh peas
Boil water and pour into the already grated cabbage to soften it for few seconds then drain the water totally
Pour the minced meat already cooked into the cabbage
Add your carrot, add your cucumber
Add your ketchup, teaspoon of sugar already dissolved into syrup and mayo then stir everything together in a bowl
Now warm up a non stick fry pan, get the pita bread, take it out one after the other toss into the hot pan and warm both sides, do this to ball the pita bread
When you are done, take each bread add your mixed vegetables oh not forgetting the sausage, yes already fried or grilled however you want it then roll neatly on a plain surface and keep aside, you keep doing that till all the bread is exhausted, voila your home made sharwama is ready , please drop comments or suggestions, thanks! TWINE BAGS PICTORIAL

Twine bag as I call them are basically bags made of rubber rope or twine, in Nigeria the rope or twine is used mostly as lines to sundry clothes or to hang curtains yes, irrespective of how it is used, its an essential commodity in every home, as such due to the various discoveries some certain individuals not only use it to make shamballa bracelets they now use it to make bags and we have also joined they troop but we better improved our skills as to make the bag not only durable but also water proof yes, you heard it right water proof, the making of the bag isn't listed here due to the fact a lot may not understand through pictures but one on one tutorial but here are some pictures I hope you find intrigued and also if you want to get the tutorial please call 08063216518,08068104713 or send us an inbox on Facebook.com/kamchessenterprise

REVAMPING

Let's talk about revamping of fabrics, today we find out that fashion is evolving or metamorphosing into spectacular trendy collections and the resurrection of old fabric into something modern or trendy, yes old fabric! I've happened to work on old fabric and other things fashionable like phone cases, wristwatches, hand fan just to mention a few.
Revamping is transforming any cloth, shoe, bag anything fashionable into something trendy, yes my own definition
In some pictures I would be posting,I worked with stones, where by I used crystal fashionable stones to transform an old outfit to one envogue, the camera didn't do justice to it but you would get to understand.
The how to do it- you simply use a glue gum to place the crystal stones on the cloth using a pattern outlined already by you or the one on the cloth already
The second is a phone case I used leather to transform the phone case into something nice
Here are the pictures

Like I said earlier the pictures didn't do justice to the result but it was beautiful,so instead of throwing away your old fabric and phone cases why not transform them into something beautiful or fashion trendy, we can also teach you how too, call us on 08063216518,08068104713 and visit us on Facebook.com/kamchessenterprise on instagram @kamchess01 too for updates

Flower earring tutorial

So on the turotial for this flower earring i used irregular beads not the delica seed beads this is because of those who cant get the delica seed bead but want to make somehing beautiful using irregular beads
Procedure
Pick 27 sead beads of your colour and string,  tie to form a circle
Pick 2 seed beads of another color of your choice skip two sead bead in the circle pass into the next sead bead,  pick up another 2sead bead pass through the next sead bead keep doing it till that row has ben exhausted as shown in the picture below

Pass your needle through the first of the seed bead on the second row,  pass one of the second color through d needle,  then pass rhe needle through the next seed bead,  makes you to come out in the space between the two set of seed beads
Next you pass the primary color through the needle, you pass the needle through the first
seed bead of the next two,  you pass the secondary color into the fishing line , pass through the next seed bead then out of it,  you pass the primary color,  then reapeat the steps above till the end of the second row
From the first picture showing the stitching of the third row after exiting from the 2nd row,  you begin the third row by passing your needle through the next seed bead,  then through the next seed bead above pass the secondary cokor as shown in the first picture above, bring out the needle through the next bead which is the primary color i used yellow,  then pass the the secondary color through tthe next seed bead which is also a secondary color,  pass another secondary color i used pink ,pass through the yellow,  repeat till tou complete the row
Next step as show in the picture 2 above
Pass the needle through the first pink,  pass 2 pink seed bead through the needle this is to fill the middle in between the 2 pink seed bead on the fourth row,  pass the needle through the next pink seed bead making you come out on the yellow put a yellow seed bead and pass through the next pink besiide it,  making you come out again through the middle ofthe  pink beads,
You pass 2 pink seed beads to fill d middle as the above,  repeat step till that row is complete

So from the picture above you can see we are trying to achieve a y with the yellow seed bead so this is how to go about it
After coming out of the yellow on the 5th row, pass another yellow through the fishing line then pass the needle through the 2pink seed beads, then put 1 yellow seed bead pass through the next yellow, put another yellow into the fishing line pass through the 2 pink seed bead,  repeat process till you finish the row

From the next picture,  you can see after exiting from the yellow on the 6th row,  you pass 3 yellow seed bead to fill in the space on top of the pink,  then you exit onto the space in between the y that was formed by the yellow, still pass your needle through the next yellow passpass 3 yellow again to fill d space on top of the pink again,  rrpeat step till you finish that row
Till you have this,  now you can either levave the earring like this but make sure you nake a earring holder as shown in the next picture,  thats if you dont want the fringees on the first picture introducing the post
When you are done with the project please send picture to facebook.com/kamchessenterprise any other questions let me know too. Happy beading

Grand mama rice with beef Cutlets

Grand mama rice as I call it or granny rice whichever way you choose to call it is a native rice that has the looks of jollof rice but it's very different from Jollof rice. I discovered grand mama rice way back in the 90's when a neighbor of mine regularly makes it for her kids and when I asked her what kind of style of cooking it was, she'd say it's grandmama rice, it doesn't require much effort just mix the ingredients and voila, you have the delicious rice and so I decided to try it out and got stuck to it.
Let me give you my recipe on how to make grandmama rice

Ingredients
1derica cup of rice for 5 servings
Smoked fish 2 (I use sharwa or titus)
Pepper (ata orodo)
Onions
Iru
Palm oil or groundnut oil (any wworks)
Cray fish or prawn (optional)
Meat (any of your choice)

Method
1. Wash your pepper and onions together (enough to suit the amount of food you are making, I used 50naira worth for 1derica and sometimes more because I love my rice hot and spicy) blend with a food processor preferably the manual not the electirc

2. Wash your Iru (locust beans) I used 100naira worth, Iru gives the food the native tasten wash thoroughly and ensure no stone particle is remaining

3. Wash your rice and keep side

4. Wash your fish, prawns or crayfish and set aside

5. Set the pot on fire, pour a considerable amount of palm oil(what I used for this), pour your grounded pepper and onions stir, add the Iru, salt to taste and seasoning of your choice, stir, add your fish shredded, prawns or crayfish and stir, allow to fry for some minutes then pour water enough to make the rice, add your rice, stir and leave to cook

6. Once cooked, you can add curry leaves (optional) before bringing down the food from the cooker, mix properly and serve

7. It's advisable to eat it with a glass of fresh juice to cool down the hot spicy pepper lol

NB- the food don't necessarily have to be hot and spicy, you can make it less however way you want it
Happy cooking, send me your pictures we you try it out! facebook.com/kamchesseneterprise
